Terms of Service

Purpose

Assido is an online service that automatically sends, on behalf of a professional, appointment reminders to their clients by email and, depending on the plan, by SMS. Using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Account

The service is reserved for professionals. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the confidentiality of your credentials. One account corresponds to one business.

Plans and pricing

• Email — $4.99 incl. tax per month. One reminder per appointment, by email.
• Email + SMS — $14.99 incl. tax per month. Up to three reminders per appointment and 60 SMS included each month.
• Top-up — $7.99 incl. tax. 60 additional SMS, with no expiration.

One SMS corresponds to a 160-character segment. Unused included SMS do not carry over from one month to the next; SMS purchased as a top-up do.

Free trial

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial. A valid card is requested at sign-up: it is only charged at the end of the trial, and the subscription is automatically canceled if no valid payment method is on file at that time. During the trial, SMS sending is capped at 10.

Payment and cancellation

The subscription is monthly, with no commitment, charged in advance via Stripe. You can cancel it at any time from your billing area: the service remains active until the end of the already-paid period, which is not refunded pro rata. In the event of a failed payment, access is suspended until the situation is resolved.

Your obligations

You warrant that you have the right to send messages to the people whose contact details you enter, and you agree to use Assido only for appointment reminders. Any use for prospecting or solicitation is prohibited and results in immediate account closure.

Availability and limits

Assido uses reasonable means to ensure continuity of the service, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The final delivery of an email or SMS depends on third-party carriers: Assido cannot guarantee actual receipt of a message, nor be held liable for a missed appointment. Reminders are sent every day at 9 a.m. Paris time.

Personal data

The processing of data is described in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Changes and governing law

These terms may change; active users are notified by email before any substantial modification. They are governed by French law, with French courts having exclusive jurisdiction absent an amicable resolution.
